Chal­lenge

The Con­sult­ing Engi­neers of Nova Sco­tia is a not-for-profit orga­ni­za­tion com­prised of more than 55 con­sult­ing engi­neer­ing firms. They had under­gone a strate­gic plan­ning exer­cise that rec­om­mended they enhance their image through a num­ber of ini­tia­tives includ­ing a re-development of their web­site and pro­duc­ing a media rela­tions strategy.

Exe­cu­tion

Stu­dio 11 reviewed CENS new strate­gic plan and have pro­duced a web­site that reflects this new direc­tion. We pre­sented six vari­a­tions for a new site design to the board with much applause. We then worked closely with some key mem­bers to show what infor­ma­tion and mes­sage would truly make this site a suc­cess. We then pre­sented the final site live at the CENS Annual Gen­eral Meeting.

Results

The new site bet­ter pro­files its mem­bers, projects and the impor­tance of the over­all pro­fes­sion and their con­tri­bu­tions to Nova Sco­tia. Visit www.cens.org to see the site.
