Stu­dio 11 was asked to orga­nize and pro­mote the ‘Hol­i­day Gath­er­ing’ con­cert at Casino Nova Sco­tia fea­tur­ing Bruce Guthro, Matt Min­gle­wood and Rosie MacKenzie.

Exe­cu­tion

Stu­dio 11 designed the posters, tick­ets and web­site pieces as well as ran ticket sales through eblasts and our lengthy list of con­tacts to much suc­cess. We han­dled all event logis­tics as well.

Results

Even though the con­cert was held between Christ­mas and New Year’s, hav­ing an amaz­ingly tal­ented line-up com­bined with our event man­age­ment back­ground, the show per­formed to a sold-out crowd.
